PhD Candidate in Biology at the University of Iowa. Advisor: John M. Logsdon, PhD. T32 Fellow in the University of Iowa's Program in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. For my dissertation research, I study the landscape of transcription initiation and promoter architecture and am developing approaches for large-scale transcriptome analysis in eukaryotes. Member of ISCB and the ISCB Student Council. Alumnus of Queen's University (BScH Life Sciences)
