I am a senior scientist at Metapontum Agrobios which is a government-held research centre in the South of Italy. My research interest is the metabolic engineering of tomato (S. lycopersicum) for nutritional compounds like carotenoids. We are interested in cloning genes coding for enzyme involved in the carotenoid pathway.
