Edit your ".plan" file on hgwdev to make sure it is complete and current. It should contain at least the following information:
- contact info (phone numbers, office location in E2)
- telecommute days
- skype name
- days/times of courses you are taking this quarter
You can edit your .plan file from this directory on hgwdev: /cluster/home/<unixLoginName>
Everyone who has login access to hgwdev (all of browser-staff plus a few other folks) will be able to see the contents of your .plan file, so only include stuff that you are comfortable sharing.
